Product Exchange & Refund Policy
For Product Exchange, products have to be returned in fresh or unused condition. Request for Product Exchange has to be made, in writing, in our website or social media channels within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Charges for pick-up and delivery will apply. No Product Exchange facility is offered for under-garments once you have paid and accepted the parcel.
Refund is provided for faulty products / out of specification cases only. Refund request has to be made in writing with 72 hours of delivery, along with pictures of the fault. Refund amount will be sent via bkash, 7 days after picking up the product from delivery address. No cash is provided during faulty product pick-up.
